I’m officially old 
I’ve gone from 53/39 172.5mm crank to 50/34 165 mm crank. (For those of us who don’t know what the hell I’m talking about: I’ve swapped from big chainrings on long crank arms to small rings on short arms).
Same crank/chainring size I rode quite a few years back. Feels a little like I’m coming back into the fold
Still feeling out my averages but gotta say…
